Miraa supports three subscription methods:

Each subscription channel has its own management method. Therefore, before managing it, you need to first check your previous payment records to confirm which payment channel you used.

When paying on the official website using WeChat or Alipay, auto-renewal is

not

Web (Stripe)

If you are subscribing via miraa’s official website, please login into https://account.miraa.app → Subscriptions , then scroll to the bottom and go to Stripe portal to manage the subscription.

After you click this button, you will be navigate to stripe’s official site, please input your email to get the customer portal link (which will sent to your email)

Check your email after you clicked the Send button.

Click the green button Log in to your customer portal from that email to manage your subscription.

iOS
