Common reasons for these types of issues include:

  1. The user deleted the source file: To save storage space on the user's phone, Miraa does not copy the file into the App when importing, so please do not delete the source file.
  2. Access permission expired: The phone system may limit the validity period of access permission after file import, in this case, Miraa will prompt the user to reselect the file.
  3. Your phone may have automatically cleared the local cache used by cloud storage or photo albums. Please play the content on your phone again to ensure it has been downloaded locally, then reselect it in the app.

To resolve this issue, please click the confirm button an reselect the media file.

This will not consume any of your quota. This action only re-authorizes file access.

However, please do not re-import the content and re-enable AI subtitles afterward, as that would count as a new task and consume quota.
