When it shows “Completed,” it means the task itself has been successfully finished.
This issue is usually due to network conditions—such as having a VPN enabled or using a network with compatibility issues.
We recommend checking if a VPN is enabled, or try switching to a different network environment like switching to mobile data instead of Wi-Fi.
If VPN is not enabled, try clicking the subtitles icon at the top right of the page to turn off the AI subtitles and then turn them back on to see if they load properly.
This step will not consume your quota again.
We also recommend trying a free and secure network proxy tool like Cloudflare’s 1.1.1.1 to help resolve the issue.
