After the subtitle conversion finished, it got stuck on the completed status and didn’t download.

When it shows “Completed,” it means the task itself has been successfully finished.

The issue lies in the video not being downloaded locally, which is usually due to network conditions—such as having a VPN enabled or using a network with compatibility issues.

Disable VPN

We recommend checking if a VPN is enabled, or try switching to a different network environment like switching to mobile data instead of Wi-Fi.

Enable AI subtitle again

If VPN is not enabled, try clicking the subtitles icon at the top right of the page to turn off the AI subtitles and then turn them back on to see if they load properly.

This step will not comsume your quota again.
