The second subtitle and main subtitle may have been set to the same language

The main subtitle is the language of the media content The second subtitle should be set to the language you want to translate the main subtitle into, usually your native language How to check: Please click the subtitle icon in the top right corner of the playback page and check the General settings for the second subtitle language
