Japanese AI subtitles often include color-coded part-of-speech markers. The color-to-part-of-speech mapping is as follows:

This feature requires an internet connection — please make sure you’re currently online.
Check that the beginning of your audio does not contain a language other than Japanese.
For example, if it starts with English, the system might analyze the grammar as English instead, which will prevent Japanese grammar features (like furigana and romaji) from showing up.
